These small, creamy white beans are known for their smooth texture and mild earthy flavour. Unlike larger commercial rajma varieties, Baaliya rajma has a thinner skin and cooks into a soft, buttery consistency, making it perfect for slow-cooked dals and comforting pahadi dishes.
